Who we are

In 2010 the G&D Group was founded by Jan-Paul Vegt (G&D Europe) and Yonggao Liu (G&D Distribution Co. Ltd.). G&D is unique: we are 100% Dutch as well as 100% Chinese. Strategically working together with more than 250 distribution partners, our products are sold in more than 20,000 shops. We understand exactly how to appeal to the Chinese consumer with European products. More than 100 young G&D employees are at your service, waiting to successfully launch your quality European products on the Chinese market.

What we do

Logistics

G&D Europe offers a complete service across the logistical supply chain between the Netherlands/Europe and China: export, import and storage. We have reliable partners along the service supply chain. You can also choose to use only specific services along one or more parts of the supply chain.

Export

Exporting to China? G&D Europe takes care of everything for you, from loading in your production facility, to storage and transport, shipping and the export documentation. For personalised service, you decide what you want to do and what G&D should do for you.

Import

G&D is 100% Dutch and 100% Chinese. Making it possible for us to stay on top of the (constantly) changing Chinese laws and regulations. Guaranteeing that your products always comply with the applicable import regulations.

Warehousing

G&D Europe can arrange warehousing for you in both Europe and China. You can count on our European partners and our extensive Chinese network. We can take your products from anywhere in Europe and deliver them anywhere in China.

Branding, Marketing and Distribution

G&D Europe also takes care of branding, marketing and distributing your products in China. We understand the market and the consumers in China better than any other. As well as giving you access to a large retail network (including online with Tmall/Alibaba), you can choose how you partner with us.

Distribution Licence

Relying on our extensive distribution network, G&D ensure your products arrive on the shelves of Chinese (online)shops. With a distribution licence agreement, you are responsible for marketing your own products (and the costs thereof). G&D are perfectly situated to take over the marketing for you.

Shared Branding

Working together, we will come up with a strategy to successfully launch your product in the Chinese market. With the Shared Branding agreement, you share the costs of marketing and distribution with G&D. Profiting from our extensive experience and our Chinese distribution network.

Full Branding

Do you want to get your products into the Chinese market, without being involved at all? Then G&D will take over the branding, marketing and distribution in China, as the trademark owner. All costs are then for our account.
